My approach is strength based and solution focused. I work from the philosophy that small steps can lead to big changes. I have seen that to be true in my own life as well as through my work with clients. I believe that a major part of healing can be achieved by working through what we have stored within ourselves – body and mind.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with somatic therapies such as mindfulness, EMDR, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and other nervous system regulation strategies to aid my clients on this journey.
I am here to provide space, guidance, and practical strategies tailored to you and your unique needs. When I am not seeing clients, I am dedicated to my own self care. I enjoy spending time with my beagle, Penny, creating recipes, and practicing yoga.
